In-store or Online Returns

Thank you for shopping with Convive Wine & Spirits.  We believe that our strength lies in our curated selections, provenance, and exceptional customer service.

If you find that you are not satisfied with the condition of your wine, spirit or accessory, please contact Convive Wine & Spirits as soon as possible. We will exchange or refund the cost of your purchase within 60 days of your purchase. We are available by phone: 917-383-2111 or via email at [email protected].

We will always do our best accommodate your request to return or replace the item(s). We do this in good faith, and reserve the right to refuse return if we believe that the products have been mishandled or damaged after being received by the client.

If the reason for your return is a corked or flawed bottle, please do not discard the wine. If possible please return the bottle to Convive Wine & Spirits for an exchange of the same or equal priced wine.

Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
