Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Support Assistant to help facilitate our corporate clients' gifting initiatives. This role will be responsible for assisting our client service team as they manage holiday gifting for our corporate clients. Tasks include general administrative work and logistical support, such as printing gift notes, creating Fedex labels, managing gift wrapping and shipping, and client communications. This is a fast-paced job and candidates must be highly organized, pay close attention to detail, excel at multitasking, be self motivated and able to accommodate flexible work hours. The ideal candidate will have full-time availability starting September 1st.
This is a seasonal position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Clearly communicating gift packing instructions from Convive’s Corporate Sales team
- Creating shipping labels using Excel and FedEx’s software.
- Organizing FedEx returns and managing reshipment of gifts as needed
- Facilitating deliveries of gifts within NYC
- Coordinating delivery and logistics for a variety of gift bundles for clients
