Description
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Associate to assist our sales team in growing our corporate client base. The primary focus of this role is lead generation, including researching and identifying prospective clients, driving initial sales processes, and managing everything within our CRM database. The Corporate Sales Associate will be responsible for qualifying prospective leads and ensuring a smooth hand-off to senior sales staff.
This position requires a detail-oriented, motivated professional who thrives on building connections and is comfortable reaching out directly to prospective clients by phone and email. Candidates must be proactive, organized, and results-driven, with a strong interest in business development and client relationship management. This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability and results.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective corporate clients (primarily within legal and professional service firm industries)
- Enter new leads into the CRM system and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Qualify incoming and self-sourced leads through outreach and discovery calls
- Initiate hand-off of qualified leads to senior sales team members
- Track and report on KPIs related to lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development
- Conduct outbound communication (calls, emails) to develop leads and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales process internally
- Maintain organized records of communications and lead progress
