My passion for wine started in my first job after college. I was cooking in the West Village when my manager encouraged me to learn about the by-the-glass pours that the restaurant offered. I signed up for a few wine classes with a friend and was totally hooked. After a few more years of studying and trying to taste everything I could, I finally broke into the industry and became a Somm.
