The Eros de Vincent is Pinot Gris and Riesling, with some skin contact, which yields a deep amber-hued wine. Biodynamically farmed, showing apricot skins and stewed apples on the nose, with medium tannins.
This thirst-quenching wine is made with Gruner Veltliner grapes and is skin-fermented with Riesling skins. It's aromatic with tropical and citrus fruit like pineapple, mango & lemon and has a mineral saltiness to balance it out beautifully.
"Mosca Bianca" is a natural white wine macerated on the skins with Moscato Bianco and Garganega grapes which is aged for several months in cement vats. It's aromatic, floral and rich with citrus peel, white fruit, and herbs.
