100% Chardonnay made in the traditional, Champagne-style method in the Chablis region of Burgundy. Bottled without any dosage, this wine is bright, zippy, and refreshing. It's a great aperitif, loaded with chalky minerality.
A delicate, well-balanced Prosecco, showing a good blend of baked apple, sour lemon and grapefruit, with a lightly creamy mineral texture on the palate. Medium body and a pleasant lemon and mineral finish.
Vines are 65-70 years-old, which produce a minerally-laced wine with sweetness and length. Les Charrièrres is lean and shows citrus.
100% Chardonnay from a parcel of very high limestone soil. Hand harvested, whole cluster, Method Champenoise.
Rippling and lithe; highly refined aromas of cox-orange and peaches; seriously long flavor, ostensibly easygoing yet showing a complex dialogue of sweet-acid-rocks-flowers.
Fine and elegant fragrance with an emergence of notes of yellow apples, pear, wisteria and wild flowers. Pleasantly aciduious, fruity and silky. Its harmony is completed by a rich fine flavor.
