We are looking for a Sales Assistant to help support sales to private clients, marketing and client service activities. This is a fast-paced role for someone who wants to learn more about wine and spirits, has good communication skills and enjoys engaging with new people. As part of this role, the Sales Assistant must be organized and detail-oriented. This person will also be included in many tastings, events and client dinners and must be flexible enough to accommodate various schedules.  Applicants must love wine/food, engaging with people and have good writing, analytical skills and be excited to work in a high-energy, fun environment.

Weekly activities will include:

• Create internal sales offers
  • Work with vendors to understand product availability
  • Develop pricing analysis
  • Create product descriptions and sales pitch
  • Communicate offer to sales team
• Research and Database management
  • Identify target clients
  • Input data and manage CRM

  • Client Service
    • Ensure billing, fulfillment and all follow up done professionally
  • Events
    • Work with venues, develop themes
    • Create and manage invitations
    • Post-event follow up
  • Data
    • Track data in CRM
  • Marketing Support
    • Draft communications
    • Manage and track KPIs
    • Work with various vendors
  • General
    • Manage Owner’s work calendar
    • Various operational tasks associated with store
